Santy Claws came again last night. I tried to scare Victor away so Santy wouldn't pet him, but he never listens to me. Anyway, I don't hiss or growl or even swat Santy Claws because he's special. I give him a good ankle rub and he leaves nice things for my boy. I told him I wanted another cat mat and Victor shouldn't get anything, but he just laughed quietly. The animals he leaves outside have bells that sound just like Victor's collar and made me a little jumpy.
Victor got the people up. Not as early as I'd like, but if he hadn't they might have slept through breakfast. Then the woman gave us treats. They're supposed to be just for me, especially since Victor bited her yesterday, but she wanted me to be nice and he was more careful, so we had our treats nicely, sitting almost side-by-side. That's my Christmouse gift to her, though I should give her a hairball for bringing Victor here.
Ok, so Victor means two sets of dishes and two litter boxes, but he also means two sets of toys from Santy! But they're not as nice as my cat mat last year. Actually, I was feeling pretty good about the catnip ball until Victor swatted me. Well, I jumped up, growled, hissed and swatted him right back! How dare he? Later I chased him all around, but because I didn't growl, the people thought we were playing. Tee hee hee. When he's not around, I'm going to hoard all those new toys. Someone has to control his catnip supply. - Bonnie

ReplyDeleteThanks, Diva Kitty! Hoppy Halidays to you, too!
ReplyDeleteCharlie, you can keep Victor as far as I'm concerned. I'm sure Pandora agrees with me that our lives were quite pleasant without you kittens around. Hiss.
ReplyDeletePandora, you've got the right of it. I hiss and growl at Victor, the people, and even his mousey (ok, I got a little carried away that time). Who said these people could bring these invaders into our homes?!?! - Bonnie
