Red dot? ::crosses eyes looking at nose:: I don't see any red dot! ::runs to bathroom mirror:: There's no red dot on MY nose! Do you mean the spot on Victor's pink nose? That's pigment, probably to prove he's a little piggy. Looks like boogers to me.
