Mad Monday

Oh, Mom, I'm quite annoyed with you. I asked you what kind of bird this is, and you told me to look it up in your bird books! I can't find it!! Can't you just tell me? No, you have to flash the camera at me instead. Hmph. No purrs for you!

Oh, do you think maybe Bird Chick can identify this bird for me?

  3. A real tweet bird you got there, don't be such a grumpus and play with the bird. It's just begging to be played with. Sides, the birds coloration goes so nice with your furs.

  5. I think the Bird Chick knows almost everything when it comes to birds, but even she might be stumped by this one... I'd say that was Nina's bird, and leave it at that.

  6. That bird looks very exotic and rare... I doubt that it would even BE in any bird books!

  7. I think what you've got there is a Dreaded Pink Goonie Bird! You want to kill that thing. Kill it until it's dead! Goonie birds are dangerous things!

Thank you for coming to our party! Sadly, we're not naming the rats Spam, Spam or Spam. Or Baked Beans. "Mom" says.

Though Chey's suggestion of Hamibal got us thinking-She may have meant Hannibal from the movies, but my OTW being my OTW (who doesn't watch horror movies at ALL, but likes ancient history), thought Hannibal the Carthagian general, and thinks naming the rats after famous warriors and generals AND food, might be ok. Hmmmm...Spamerlane?

P.S. Did you see the picture the OTW put on the blog for you?
