Ok, Victor, Dad will be there soon. The vet says the EKG is normal, with no thickening of the heart muscles. The next step is to test for hyperthyroidism, though you're young for that and you haven't exactly shown weight loss. Those results will be available on Mancat Monday. The murmur rates a 2 out of 6. Most likely, your heart will murmur at the vet for years and years with no other problems. And yes, you get chick-hen tonight.

The "cat who came before" had a heart murmur and he lived to be 19 1/2 years old, and when he did pass, it had nothing to do with his heart. Hope all our tests come back OK!
