Somehow it's appropriate that today, as we bid farewell to
Storm, the Furry Fighter, we've had stormy weather. Mom compared a thunderstorm to cats at the Bridge playing THOE, flashing their laser eyes, and knocking over the fountain. But this week, it's gone too far. We're ok and there hasn't been much flooding in Madison at all, but other parts of Wisconsin and Iowa haven't been so lucky. We will miss Storm, one of the bravest cats we've known. We also are purraying for all the living things in the flooded and tornado-damaged areas. People, pets, wild aminals, and even plants.

It has been a rough week for beans and animals in the storm ravaged areas.....and it has been a roughweek on the blogosphere. We will miss Storm, and we too are purraying for all the creatures in the ravaged states.

ReplyDeleteYes, there has been much loss and sadness lately. We must remind ourselves that we would not be able to feel the loss and sadness had there not been so much love and joy. We're purring for Storm's family. Farewell, sweet Stormie.

ReplyDeleteI am glad you got some closure for Bonnie. It was a pity that she went so suddenly. For Caesar it was the same even though he had some health issues.
We are going to miss Stormie. she is in a better place now - we know that.
she has Caesar and Bonnie to help her start her new life!
