Nina: Oh, I hope you all had a nice Valentine's Day! We certainly did. Dad gave Mom some candy and clothes, and we got the ribbon and box with tissue! Then Victor told me, "Look out, Mom's cooking!" I don't know why except we never see her do that. She gave us a little but I guess I just don't like scrambled eggs. I let Victor have mine - he eats anything.
Later on, I was sleeping on the bed and Mom came to nap with us! Victor goes behind her knees and I went under the Mickey blanket, right in front where she can give great skritches. We snuggled and purred and napped for quite a while.
Victor: Didja haf a nice Valentines Day? We sure did! Dad brot us boxes wif tissue an ribbin to play wif! Mom had to take her new shtuff out first an kept eatin fings she said was "chocolets-not-for-kitteh" but I was sniffin, not lisenin. Then Dad went out to play wif snow an I warned Nina, "Look out! Mom's cookin!" An Mom maked sumfin yummy wif eggs an milk but she didn't gif me enuf an Nina didn't want any, maybe cuz she's nefur seen Mom cook afore.
Nina spends lotsa time sleepin on da bed while I watch the beans, but when Mom acided to lie down wif Nina, I had to go too! I go ahind Mom's knees, where I can keep her frum moofin too much. Nina kept moofin but finally went unner the blanket fur Mom skritches. Boy can she purr! Nina, not Mom. We had a furry nice time curled up wif Mom an purrin an nappin.
