I found out from Not the Mama that this is Doodle Week! I asked our boy to help. Here are the themes:

So here is his doodle of a tree... in winter. Thank you, boy bean!

Speaking of trees, I found out that Victor was right! The beans have put a real live dead tree in the house! They put it in the living room and put lights and dangling toys all over it. It's very pretty and smells nice, too. Victor helped set it up.

I think this low branch is good to chew on. But Mom says I'm not supposed to eat it. I wonder why this tree is here.

Getting Ready

The beans haf been purty bizzy lately. Dad finally stopped playin wif the snow an his new snow-eatin monster. Then the boy picked all hims stuff up in the lifin room (wow, there was lotsa room to roll an chase toys!). An then Mom an Dad planted a tree again.

It's tall. It sure smells good, too!

It efun hads whiskers! But they cutted the whiskers offa the tree an it growed bigger. Not taller, just wider.

I amemeber now! It's time to watch fur Sandy Claws an hang up mine stockings!
