Two Tabby Tuesday

No, not two tabby tuesday. We just finded out bout our good furiend Roscoe an our eyes is leaking.

Victor "sQuint" Tabbycat wif an eye update: Mom's loosin it. She hauled me out from unner Dad's desk an tooked me to the vet yesterday, then brought me rite back home agin wifout dem doin anyfing! Today, I hided efun better so she couldn't take me to da vet agin. Muwahahahaha! I's feelin lots better anyway an pushin Nina round a bit. But OW, she hitted me in the eye again!

No vet again until Friday morning. The infection must be viral since it hasn't responded to antibiotics. By Friday, the infection should be cleared up enough for the corneal exam to make sure there's no injury as well. Victor has NOT learned his lesson about pouncing Nina.

  1. Good thing you stay hidden today!

Maybe Nina is a bit ornery, maybe she will get better.

  2. We are all super leaky-eyed about Roscoe, too. :(

Good news it isn't bacterial, Victor, but it is still scary that you might have gotten injured! Better watch out for Nina's flying paws of doom, buddy.

  10. Victor, you take care of yourself and let the mom of your house take you to the vet, we need you not to get ill. Too many bad things happening.

My heart is so heavy today as I learned that sweet Roscoe went to the Rainbow Bridge today. I shall miss him terrible. I will keep him close in my thoughts and in my heart. Prayers to his family and Opus as they go through this terrible time.

  19. Thank you so much for your tribute to our Roscoe. As you know, it is so difficult to let our furry ones go. It gives me some comfort to think that Bonnie was waiting at the bridge to welcome Roscoe. Maybe she can teach Roscoe how to hiss as he was never any good at it.

    Hugs from Italy,
    Opus and Cyn

  20. Hey Victor, maybe you should consider wearing an eyepatch. I think Capt Jack could loan you one.

Everycat is upset about Roscoe. We've lost so many of our community recently.
