She's gone. Just like that. Her heart stopped at the vet's a second time and she didn't recover. They think it was something systemic. We'll find out in a week or so - we have to know.
She was feisty to the end.

OMG. I am sitting here at work in tears. I am so very sorry. Bonnie was so special to us, she and Victor were our very first secret paw when we started blogging. We are so sorry to hear about Bonnie. We didn't know Bonnie very well but we are so sorry she is gone from this place. She's now running and playing by the Rainbow Bridge. Victor, you will see her again one day.

Oh no, not Bonnie! We are so sorry to hear that she is gone. The mombean cried when she heard the news. Victor and Bonnie were some of the very first kittes we met on the Blogosphere.
ReplyDeleteThe kitty that came before us, Scruffy, crossed the Bridge on Memorial Day weekend last year, and we're pretty sure she'll be there to greet Bonnie on the other side. purrs and tears.

We couldn't believe it when it Mum came home from work and told us about Bonnie - Mum said she couldn't read much about this at work 'cos she was too upset.
